IIDEA at an Engineering Employment event at Sheffield Hallam University

Last week our placement student, Abigail, had the exciting opportunity to attend the Engineering & Built Environment Career Kickstart Event hosted at Sheffield Hallam University where we had the chance to introduce our business to students, faculty and other professionals.

Our goal was it share what we do, answer questions and connect with people who might be interested in our work. The event gave us the opportunity to have direct conversations, exchange ideas and meet potential future placement students.

Sheffield Hallam University is the home of SHU Racing as well as the university attended by two current, and many former IIDEA employees, it holds an important place in our hearts.

Thanks to Sheffield Hallam University and the organizers for putting together a well-run event. We came away with useful insights and a few new relationships we’re looking forward to developing further.
